SERVICES

 All garment gets tagged before a spotter  goes through a thorough inspection for stains, loose articles, and would notify the customer immediately through email in relation with any problem that may arise before the cleaning process. ( A Better Cleaner will not proceed the cleaning process without the customer's consent and will be sent back if not confirmed)

We currently use a solvent called "Hydro Carbon" which is highly effective on cleaning your garment and much more friendlier to the environment then perc. (perchloroethylene) All the garment  goes through a thorough inspection for loose articles, normal wear and tear, and stain for pre-treating before sending them into the dry clean machine.

DRY CLEANING

We use a neutralize, odorless, powder

detergent for all of our washes along

with oxidization treatment for the whites to get them whitest, rather than bleach (chlorine) which can burn or deteriorate the fabric. Collars and cuffs are pre-treated before washing. All shirts are press on a temperature controlled machine.

SHIRT LAUNDERING

WASH & FOLD

All under garment are pre-treated and sometime bathe in a container before sending them in the washing machine, and we DO NOT wash your under garment along with everyone else.

FINE LINEN & TABLE CLOTHS

The cleaning process on fine linen and table cloth require a minimum of 3 business days due to heavily soiled food stains.​​

BRIDAL & VINTAGE ITEMS

Bridal gowns:  are cleaned accordingly to it's recommendation. Preservation is available upon request.

 

Vintage items: are mainly spot clean only due to it's sensitive nature from normal wear and tear.

TAILORING

Tailoring are done in house only for precise measurements and recommendation​.
